While sometimes controversial in the philosophies and methods, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation is, in fact the center of the national motorcycle safety movement. Their courses are offered in every state of the union and cover everything from basic riding skills to advanced training. Most of the courses provide a dual approach. First classroom and then practical training. There are courses offered in the Tucson areea by Pima Community College and by T.E.A.M. Arizona. This video is truly worth viewing. Jay Leno of Tonight Show fame has long been a motor sports aficionado. He has a particular love for motorcycles and owns everything from a Suzuki X6 Hustler to a Yamaha R6 and a few Harleys thrown in. In the linked video he discusses helmet fitting with a representative from Arai Helmets. It is part commercial but very good information for al of us.
