Ride the Horns is AZ-G’s annual fund raising event. It happens in the first half of March every year on a Sunday. Much energy is expended by all the Chapter members to make this a success. All riders are invited to attend. Fliers will appear at most of the motorcycle businesses and a sizable number of restaurants starting in early January. Early registration is encouraged as this allows us to properly plan for the number of participants.
The event is held at The Longhorn Grill in Amado, AZ. The Longhorn Grill has been very good to us. Not only do they allow us to use their grounds for vendors and merchandise stalls but they open up just for us on Sunday morning and provide a delicious lunch for all attendees after the ride.
Come join us this year. You won’t be sorry. There are door prizes and grand prizes pro-vided by our generous sponsors as well as a fun loop ride through our surrounding scenery. There is always good food and comradery galore along with our vendors to show off their wears.
Check our Event Calendar for March 7th, 2010. Here is the access to the pre-registration form if you wish to plan early. Pre-regis-tration with fees are due no later than March 1st, 2010.
