No GWRRA Web Site would be complete without a page to tout members’ favorite rides and, of course, best places to eat. As Chapter G grows we will add information here that should be useful to other riders visiting our little corner of heaven in Green Valley. For now we will concentrate on the important stuff... FOOD!
The following page contains a spreadsheet that Candy acquired. We thought it would be a nice addition. The spreadsheet ranks restaurants, cafés and road houses around the 520 telephone area code. Bob Ryan has taken over The Chapter Ride Coordinator duties. He will be asking for help from us to serve as ride captains and will also want our ideas on interesting and fun rides. Thanks, Bob! Remember, Bob is not the end of the line for ride coordination. If you have a ride you would like to suggest, be prepared to come to the Ride Coordinator’s Meeting held at the Arizona Family Restaurant on the Tuesday after the second Tuesday of the month. This schedule may vary. Be sure to check on the appropriate Event calendar for the exact time each month. If you can’t attend the meeting, submit your suggestions to Bob on the form available below.
One more thing... Be prepared not only to suggest the ride but to do the planning and preparations for it. Use the attached form to help you plan properly. No ride will be put on the calendar without this form being submitted.
